Delivery Area

We deliver across Mauritius.

Delivery Charges

• Orders of Rs 2,500 or less: Rs 300 per order.

• Orders over Rs 2,500: Free standard delivery.

Heavy and bulky gym equipment is excluded from these rates and the free delivery offer. Delivery is quoted separately based on the item, location and access requirements. We will confirm the charge with you before dispatch.

Ground-Floor Delivery

All deliveries are to the ground floor only. Delivery to upper floors, carrying items upstairs or lifting equipment is not included.

Please ensure there is clear and suitable access for your delivery.

Delivery Arrangements

Once your order is confirmed, we will contact you to arrange delivery. Delivery times depend on stock availability, your location and our delivery schedule. We will inform you of any delays.

Receiving Your Order

Please provide your complete delivery address and a valid contact number at checkout. Someone must be available to receive your order at the agreed time.

Assembly and Installation

Assembly and installation are not included unless agreed when placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs so we can assist you.
